The Star Photograph Album

In 1912 the Star Engineering Company Limited produced a lovely photograph album containing photographs taken in some of the departments in the  factory. The following photos are from the album. They give us a unique insight into life in the Star factory. A lot of effort seems to have gone into the production of the album because most of the departments have been especially cleaned-up for the photos. It literally would be possible to 'eat off the floor' in some of the departments, something that would normally have been impossible.
