Specification

Aluminium polished high tensile die-cast sliders with precision burnished bore. Inner leg 1.375" dia. Reynolds 531 ground and hard chrome plated to 8 micro inch finish. Teflon type replaceable bearings fitted in all aluminium sliders together with dual oil seals.

Hydraulic damping both ways including oil bump stops. 10W. 30 grade oil. Road and road racing 150c.c. or 5ozs. Trials and moto cross 200c.c. or 7ozs. Aluminium die cast top bracket / yoke with 2" 'U' bolt handle bar fixings on Trials, Moto Cross and Street models. Steel bottom bracket with suitable holes provided for lock stops and or damper units.

Top screw spring retainer contains a pressure neutralising valve. These forks can be supplied to suit most makes of motor cycle.

M.P. S600 Trailmaster Junior

Suitable for machines up to 200c.c.

This M.P. fork is designed for the rider requiring minimum trail for trials work. The forward set of
the spindle is 1.25".

Specification

Aluminium polished high tensile die-cast sliders with precision burnished bore. Replaceable Teflon type bearings and dual oil seals.

Inner leg for Road, Road Racing and Trials models 1.25" high duty tube, ground and hard chrome plated to 8 micro inch finish. For Moto Cross and Schoolboy Scrambles, Reynolds 531 heavy duty tube is used. (Please note - valve gear is not interchangeable). Hydraulic damping both ways including oil bump stops. 10W. 30 grade oil - 150c.c. or 5ozs. In all models.

Two aluminium diecast brackets / yokes are fitted as standard. A steel bottom bracket/yoke can be supplied if required. Top screw spring retainer contains a pressure neutralising valve. S600 forks are supplied in standards form, i.e. 1" dia. Head stem 20mm dia. Spindle holes suitable for our wheel spindle sleeves. One leg is supplied with a brake block.
