The Viper Bar building, Lichfield Street

Presumably dating from the Lichfield Street rebuilding and therefore around 1880 or a bit later. 

The original facade has been stripped off by the pink excrescence on the far right and some features have obviously been lost from the ground floor.

What remains is a highly decorative use of materials.

On the detail opposite, note how the stone is showing signs of severe weathering but the terracotta appears to be unscathed:
