Listing: pair of houses. 1840s. Included for group value.
Comment: One of the ground floor windows is wrong. My betting is on the bay window to the right but the one on the left
looks a bit unusual too.
One sometimes wonders exactly what "included for group value" means. Here it might mean that the two together are listable but neither would
be if the other was not there. On the other hand the group might
be the strings of late 18th and early and late 19th century houses along
Tettenhall Road.
