Listing: Late C17 with early C19 first floor and alterations. Timber
framed internal walls.
Comment: A most interesting house, one of several timber framed
survivals in Tettenhall. It is interesting to speculate whether the additions
and alterations were connected with farming or the development of Tettenhall as
a dormitory village for Wolverhampton.
